The cloudLibrary by bibliotheca application is an innovative way to browse, borrow and read popular fiction and non-fiction eBooks from your local public library. You will need a valid library card to use the application. If you do not have access to a library card, please inquire at your local library as to how to get one. Your library credentials will give you access to the thousands of titles available to you as a member of your local library. The cloudLibrary application is part of a full suite of services purposed for you to enjoy books from your public library. If your local library does not yet have the cloudLibrary please ask them about getting a subscription for your community.

Mar 29, 2019  You may want to try the following steps, which should work anytime Cloud Library (formerly named 3M Cloud Library) titles or the Cloud Library app isn't working properly on iOS devices (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch). 1.) Make sure all your apps are completely closed. Moved Permanently. The document has moved here. Click on the “Windows” or “Mac” link to access the download page for the 3M Cloud Library App. Click on the “Download Cloud Library for Windows” or “Download Cloud Library for Mac” image: Follow the prompts to install the software.

Note: Please use Safari as your web browser for this page in order to download the app correctly. FireFox will not download the app.

Use these instructions to download and install the cloudLibrary by bibliotheca App on your Fire.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before proceeding with the below listed instructions, you will need to confirm which generation your Fire is. If you need help determining which Fire you have use the information here.

The Fire will NOT notify you of system updates. To get the latest version, uninstall and reinstall the App using the provided instructions.

Go to the settings menu by tapping the settings icon or swiping down from the top of the screen.

Choose Security (on some Fires you will need to choose Device).

Turn on the option allow Apps from Unknown Sources.

You will get a warning message Click Ok.

Go back to the Home screen.

Swipe down from the top of the screen. This pulls up the Quick Settings menu.

Tap More.

Choose Settings then Device (on some Fires you will need to go to Applications).

Tap on the option to turn on Allow Installation of Applications from Unknown Sources.

Go back to the Home screen.

On your Fire Open the Silk browser and navigate to https://www.yourcloudLibrary.com

Just for reference, I will reiterate what has already been said about the long-term importance (or lack there of) of files in the /Library/Caches directory.Recently I discovered a bug in an application (the producer of said application was 'some kind of fruit company' who shall remain nameless), and the top level tech that I was working with confirmed that its no big deal to delete the contents of the /Library/Caches directory.I'm not advocating that you empty the directory and then lock the folder so that it can never be populated, nor am I advocating that you empty the directory at all. As for the QuickTime cache, you can set the maximum size, or turn of caching entirely, in the QuickTime preference pane on the Browser tab. Advisabiity of deleting library caches from mac.

Scroll down the page and tap on the Fire icon.
